Mylène's Worst Song

Have to say it: all the concert performances have RUINED Rêver for me. As soon as i hear "D'avoir mis son âme..." I just criiiiinge.

Aside from that, there's not many that I just outright hate, but my least favourites off each album are
CDL: Greta (It just seems like there's not much there to it)
ASJ: The Farmer's Conclusion but if I had to pick a real song it would be Jardin De Vienne
L'A: Il N'y A Pas D'ailleurs (Reminds me of JDV )
Anamorphosée: Tomber 7 Fois (Album version is really... meh.)
Innamoramento: Méfie-Toi (Something about it always grates on my nerves)
AQLO: Tie with Derrière Les Fenêtres and Tous Ces Combats (Idk about a lyrical point of view but there's not much about them melodically that makes them stand out)
PDS: Looking For My Name (It starts off with good intentions but kinda fizzles out... I expected so much better from her and Moby)

Alice? Tomber 7 Fois? I like those songs... just like for some strange reason, I like to listen to Looking For My Name (even though I admit it's not a great song.... )

But still... other than The Farmer's Conclusion (and perhaps Cendres de Lune), I'm good with every other Mylène song

Oh, for me, the worst song is "Desenchantee"... Yeah, I don't like that song, it's too negative, like the video... Also, when I think of the song, I always think that song is taking away Mylene from fans, and making her "public", like, everyone knows the song, and they can say that they listen Mylene, despite that she have 80 other songs...

Even though it's sort of lame to love a singer's biggest hit when you consider yourself a real fan, Désenchantée is in my top 5. It deserves the recognition it gets, the melody is catchy, the choreography is fun and the lyrics are ridiculously evocative. If you've ever felt, lost, cheated or well...disenchanted, Mylene's words in "Désenchantée" just perfectly nail the feeling. It's powerful.

As for my least liked songs:

For me Désenchantée is like an anthem...
And the song performed during any concert together with the audience always moves me in a particular way, so deeply as none of all the others...
When I watched all the stadium singing Désenchantée... it was almost like a feeling of a full unity of Mylene and her fans..., I can only envy those who were there...

And on that last part about Désenchantée, I agree with Anna... this will always be a very very special song... it brings forth the most palpable connection between Mylène and the audience!

Well, I suppose if someone wants to hear what Mylene sounds like when she is getting f****d (all of those 'uh uh uh' sounds she makes), then this *cough* 'song' has some appeal.

Maybe I'm missing something but I cannot find this song...I've looked everywhere. I thought I had heard all of Mylène's songs...
